Obama to Stop at Lollapalooza?

Sen. Barack Obama has apparently left a slot in his schedule to make an appearance at the music festival Lollapalooza in his hometown Chicago alongside acts and known supporters such as Kanye West and Wilco

The Daily Swarm reported that the festival grounds, Grant Park, is less than a mile away from the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's headquarters and the senator's schedule, while not confirmed, is likely to accommodate a little stop at the festival in the first Weekend of August.

Last week Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy came out to play a Chicago fundraiser for the candidate. And returning the love, Obama has come right out and said that he's pretty much all about Wilco:

The AP reported on the fundrasier:

"Later at a Lincoln Park nightclub, Obama spoke to a raucous crowd  of music fans, who paid up to $500 per person to see a performance by Wilco lead singer Jeff Tweedy, and two other band members.

"'Before these guys go, I want them to know that I heard a rumor that they had suggested that I had nothing by them on my iPod,' Obama said. "That is not true. I love Wilco.'"
