Well, the video is a bore, but the song ain't too shabby. "Snake-Charming the Masses" is the first song to be heard off of The Stills newest and third album set to be released sometime soon.
I don't know if I'm the perfect judge of how this compares to 2006's Without Feathers because I skipped out on that one for some reason, but I loved Logic Will Break Your Heart. I have to say that this is a big change of pace from Logic, which a little Wikipedia research told me was also true for Without Feathers.
The four guys from Montreal seemed to have dropped their post-punk sound for a more, I don't know, straight-up rock sound. Reminds me a lot of another album I've been loving lately, Black Mountain's In the Future.
Besides the new album, the band will be plenty busy with a bunch of dates in the area with various different bands.
